Active Listening

Learners work their way through an 8 - 11 week program, including a blend of video calls with a coach and self-directed learning modules and will take between 10-15 hours to complete, including ‘homework’ elements. The aim of the program is to enable learners to find themselves enjoying interaction with other people because they are more observant and curious. Others will feel the learner's listening skills being applied and will deepen trust and rapport. Learners will acquire skills that can be applied in both their personal and professional life.
