GfK Customer Success Manager-Essentials-gfknewron Consumer

CSM Essentials - gfknewron Consumer is an 8 week blended learning program which focuses on the foundations of gfknewron Consumer for GfK Customer Success Managers (CSMs). This level 1 (=1 star) program focuses on the gfknewron Consumer module of the platform (https://platform.gfk.com/). There are 5 certified training program levels in total, with a badge upon completion of each program and a final certification upon completion of all mandatory programs. The program includes: An introduction to the gfknewron platform and gfknewron Consumer module, the data and method behind the insights, potential barriers and objection handling, a use case example and interactive scenarios , knowledge check, and a real-world learning challenge at the end.
