GfK Customer Success Manager-Essentials-gfknewron Predict
CSM Essentials - gfknewron Predict is an 8 week blended learning program to acquire the foundational knowledge and skills required to be a certified Customer Success Manager (CSM) at GfK.
This level 1 (=1 star) program focuses on the intelligence layer of our gfknewron client platform; gfknewron Predict (https://platform.gfk.com/). There are 5 certified training program levels in total, with a badge upon completion of each program and a final certification upon completion of all mandatory programs.
The program includes: An introduction to the CSM role, gfknewron platform and gfknewron Predict intelligence layer, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS), knowledge checks, and real-world learning challenges.
