Leading Today Creating Tomorrow (LTCT)

LTCT is a virtual training program for new managers at GfK. The goals of the program are to create global alignment on what good leadership looks like at GfK, to equip new leaders with the necessary skills and mindset, and to offer support & networking opportunities. The training lasts four to seven months and consists of several sessions on relevant topics, such as Self-Reflection, Personal Strengths, GfK Leadership Qualities & Leadership Navigator, Coaching and Group Work.
