Leadership Training: In-house Edition

The Leadership Training (LTCT) In-house Edition provides People Managers with an overview of our People Development & Culture (PD&C) topics and processes to ensure that people managers have a baseline understanding of core PD&C topics, empower people managers to do the right tasks at the right time in the annual HR cycle and to create awareness of the available resources and where to find them.​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​Topics include Recruiting, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, PMP, Talent Reviews, People & Leadership Development, Learning@GfK, Workday Reports for Managers, Onboarding and Health & Wellbeing. The content focuses on the people manager’s active role and responsibilities with regards to these topics as well the available resources. Participants are asked to produce an Action Plan of how the learning will be implemented in their role.
