Principles of Negotiation

Depending on the wave, the program lasts between 8 and 11 weeks, is delivered online and consists of a blend of Live sessions, pre-work, e-learning, activation and feedback. The program aims to give learners the confidence to engage in a negotiation through applying simple and effective processes, enhance understanding of other people and ‘how they are wired’, culturally and behaviorally and to become a more effective influencer. The program requires a minimum of around 10 - 15 hours of learning time to complete.
