This 8-week CSM-certified training program explores cross/up-selling opportunities for CSMs to help them contribute to the Customer Success Qualified Lead (CSQL) annual target. It explores opportunities both within the gfknewron platform, and in our wider portfolio.
At the end of the program, the CSM learning challenge involves submitting evidence of at least 1 x CSQL (for the current year) via Salesforce.
